Club Penguin Blog: Coins for Change 2014 - Play for Change!

Well aware of the Coins for Change event taking place this year during the Merry walrus Party, I have some more news for you. Well , not me but Megg has a proper Coins for Change plan. You can read her message on the blog below.

Have you been saving up your coins? I hope so, because Coins For Change is coming soon!

This year, we're going even bigger! Between Dec 18-29, all the coins you use to buy items from December's Penguin Style Catalog will also go to Coins For Change – how cool is that?! That's pretty cool.

Every coin you donate will help us unlock real world projects. And this year there are 4 projects we're unlocking:

1. Schools
2. Libraries
3. Playgrounds
4. Animal Homes

You can learn more about the projects we're supporting by checking out our Coins For Change 2014 page.

Our community blows us away with how many coins each of you donates every year, and I know this year will be no different. Keep saving those coins and join us Dec 18-29 to play for change!

Waddle on!

-Club Penguin Team

I really like this plan of the CFC. So, are you saving enough coins for playing a playing change? I have some other news too. Club Penguin just updated it's Global Citizenship Page and has added the new Coins for Change Event'14 plan...

Play For Change

We believe everyone deserves a safe, fun place to play, learn, and grow. So every year, during Coins For Change, players donate billions of coins to help change the world!

Want to help? Just log in, play games, and donate your virtual coins. The coins you donate help unlock real world projects!

These projects will share a $1 Million (USD) donation that will help build schools, playgrounds, and libraries, and protect endangered animals and their habitats. Since 2007 we've donated over $12 million to projects around the world.

Keep reading to learn more about where you're making a difference!

Do you have anymore interesting plans for the Coins for Change? And how many are you donating this year? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
