Well, I don't need to explain this all since the Title says it all. As you have seen many Penguins have been recently talking about the Russian Server to release in Club Penguins. many sneak peeks have also been let out by none another than Spike Hike himself.

It's in the Russian Language ! Probably a Russian Server .....And then from the above image, when you translate those lines in the Russian Language you found it all ........
