I have noticed Polo Field on Twitter tweeting strangely about the New Party in March. I don't know which is it , but he says that :

So Penguins, if you want a clue for the Party, you can simply do as given above. Either by tweeting using #PrehsitoricParty we can get some clue out of the Club Penguin Team.
