New EPF Message from Rookie - 10-10-2013

Hello once again,
 today while waddling on over the Island I received an EPF Message and to my surprise it was of Rookie. Here is what he says :

Hi everybody! Did u hear I'm planning the Halloween party?! Make sure all dress up and eat candy, k? Nothing bad's going to happen, so u can take a break and relax
