It's here, it's finally here! The last Quest of the Halloween Party'14 has now released. The day when Floor 11, 12 and 13 will be released, is finally here. Have you completed the quests. If not yet, you can take some help from us as now we will tell you how to complete this Quest!
Okay, so first click on the 'Green Puffle' Icon on the top-right position of your screen. You will then notice the following screen...
Click on 'Go there!' and you will soon find yourself in the Floor 11 of the Puffle Hotel. Sorry, haunted Puffle Hotel for the Ghosts living in there. For this quest, it's all about the emotes you use, probably an emote test for penguins. I guess this is the room you will see plus, also a message from the stone statue in the corner.
Message: When you're out and you see a friend. This is how your mouth will open.
You have four emote options for this, as given on the walls of the Hotel. The correct emote is the Happy Face Emote.
You will then receive another message...
Message: What you wear when you're in a bad mood. Or when you're getting some attitude.
For this, the correct emote is.
The next message will be as follows.
Message: A clever look to let friends know, that what you're saying is just for show.
The correct emote will be the one below...
The next message will be...
Message: The face you make if you feel queasy. Being green sure isn't easy.
And, the correct emote is....
Okay, this questions may be asked to you in any order so be ready. Once, you are over with them you will get another part of Gariwald's Machine. If you are doing it for the second time, you will get a sack of gold coins.
You will now be taken to Floor 12, which is now open. This is the room you will find yourself in...
Skip will now see...
Skip: This is it! Step on that button to capture these awful ghost puffles.
Okay, now just walk to the button, which will then turn green later.
You will then notice these changes. The bulbs will light up...
...and, the gears will start to rotate!
The next part is a little scary! Checkout what happened later when we turned out to be on the Floor 13. I didn't even realize when i reached there.
Skip: BAHAHA! You caught the ghost puffles for me! NICE! Now I'm gonna use their ghostly energy to haunt all of Club Penguin! You thought the Puffle Hotel was scary? Wait 'til you see what I have lined up!
What!? Skip, the new bellhop is a ghost! A Ghostly Villain. I guess we should have never trusted him.
Did you notice something strange? Eventhough, the Floor 13 was out of order, the new bellhop always knew there was nothing in there. Strange. But, now it is no more strange. Since, now we all know his secret.
You will also notice Gariwald there waiting with a message.
Gariwald: Oh my! He's tricked us both. Can you escape your cage somehow?
Ok, it's kind of easy to escape from here now.If you have already passes the EPF Test before you will notice there is a switch box. All you have to do is shoot a snow ball there.
The fuse will then disconnect off and you will be free of the capturing laser cells.
But, when you are on your way to the other side to save the Gariwald, you will notice Skip, the ghost bellhop blocking your path!
Skip: No way! I'm not letting you mess this up. It's my ticket to the big leagues!
This thing is also kind of easy to escape from. Just do the following. Shoot another snowball at the top wooden planks over Skip.
As they fall, Skip may lose some of his energy in blocking his path. Just during this time, cross the path to the other side...
...and, walk on the button turning it green!
And, this is how you will destroy the Ghost Villain.
Skip: WHAA? That was SUCH a good plan! NOOO!
Congrats, penguins! The Ghost Belltop Skip is preety much destroyed for... now!
I guess we have made another villain for the Year - Skip, the Ghostly Bellhop Villain. Well done, penguins we have more battles to fight. But, for now listen to what Gariwald says.
Gariwald: You sure have some moxie! Excellent work. With Skip gone, the ghost puffles are free. Not to mention yours truly! You have my gratitude.

Cool, isn't it? We have now unlocked all the Thirteen Floors of the Haunted Puffle Hotel including the Basement. Make sure to visit all the floors before the Party ends on November 5.
